Hey there. I'd like to start off by saying thanks for choosing Sybmim! I have been developing this theme for over two years now, and I'm very happy with its progress. I hope you enjoy using it, and find that customizing it is not very difficult!

Just to cover the legal babble, this theme is offered for free and is offered to be used at your own risk. The The CSS, XHTML and design are released under GPL, and you can read more about the GPL here.

This version of Sybmim is SybmimDX: Ghost, and is an example of how customizable Sybmim really is!

Installation

To install SybmimDX on your WordPress powered blog, follow these 3 easy steps:

  1. Upload the "sybmimdx_ghost" folder to the "themes" directory on your server.
  2. Log into WordPress and click "Presentation".
  3. Select "SybmimDX: Ghost 1.0".
That's it! Your site is now running the SybmimDX theme.

Using LightBox

SybmimDX has lightbox 2 built in, however, by default it does not work. I did this because not everyone wishes to use lightbox. If you would like lightbox to work on your site, follow these 7 steps:

  1. Open header.php
  2. Scroll to line 17 and remove: <!--
  3. Scroll to line 19 and remove: -->
  4. Scroll to line 28 and remove: <!--
  5. Scroll to line 31 and remove: -->
  6. Open lightbox.js in the "js" folder
  7. Scroll to lines 62 and 63, and change: yourdomain.com/ to your domain and wordpress directory
Lightbox should now be working for your site. If it does not, please drop a comment on the SybmimDX support page!
